Egg-Nog (Knock)

6 Eggs
1 C Sugar
1 1/2C Brandy
1 C Dark Rum
1 1/2 Qt Milk
3 C Heavy Cream
Nutmeg as needed
Separate 6 eggs at room temperature. Beat the egg yolks until very thick and light. Gradually add 1 cup of sugar, beating constantly. While still beating, gradually add the 1 ½ cups of brandy and 1 cup of dark rum. Chill mixture 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Add 1 ½ quarts of milk slowly. In a separate bowl whip the 3 cups of heavy cream. Fold the whipped cream into the mixture. In a separate bowl beat the egg whites until stiff. Fold stiff egg whites into the mixture gradually. Sprinkle with nutmeg before serving.

SLUSH PUNCH

1/2 cup sugar
1 12oz.can frozen lemonade
1 lrg.pkg.jello (any flavor)
1can pineapple juice
1 16oz.can frozen orange juice
1 quart ginger ale
Mix Jell-O as directed on package. Add sugar, then add juices, using 1 less can of water than called for. Freeze. Before serving, let it partially thaw and add ginger ale.

SUN TEA

Put one teabag per one quart of water Or 3 to 4 bags per gallon of water according to how strong you want it. Cover, and let it set outside in the sun 2 to 4 hours, or until you're ready for it. Take teabags out and Refrigerate if you want it chilled ahead of time.
