Welcome to design 101. Here we will show you different ways to design your custom. Some people can see in their mind how a custom will look when they are done but the rest of us aren't that lucky.

Some people like Josh have the artistic talent to sketch out what they want to build. They can get a good idea of what their custom will look like that way. Here is a picture of one of Josh's Customs. As you can see his talent extends to actually building them as well as drawing them. I would like to thank Josh for the sketches on this page.

Personally I take some pictures of the cars I want to join together and then open the pictures in Paint Shop Pro. I can cut and paste different car parts together to get an idea if it will look ok.

The Fat Fender Flashsider you see above is one of the experiments I did with Paint Shop Pro. I haven't actually built it yet but the idea is sound. If you decide to build one send me a picture so I can put it in my Custom Gallery.

I really thought the T-Bird Ranchero was going to be a cool looking car but after trying it in Paint Shop Pro I changed my mind.

The short Caddy shows some potential. For the Camaro I used pictures of tires and a motor from a JL Dragster. This one is a "must build".
