Some gratitude.
Jack closed his eyes,
resting his head against the cell wall. Despite all the times he and SG-1 had saved
the self-serving asses on this planet, this was how they were repaid.
Framed for murder. And no
one but the SGC gave a damn.
"This is just a
technicality. It'll be over soon."
Jack snapped open his eyes,
frowning as he searched the room. For a second, he thought he saw Daniel
standing there watching him, but he quickly realized he was staring at a mere
shadow cast onto the corner of his cell.
Alone again.
Some gratitude.
