Earth: The dragon for these dragonballs is Shenlong and he grants 2 wishes. Shenlong can be used forever for every month there is no limit. If you only want one wish you can save the other by just telling Shenlong that you dont need hime anymore. Only one person can use the dragonballs more then once in a month. Then the dragonballs will turn into stone but instead of waiting a whole year you wait several months instead. You can only wish a person back once. You cannot wish for anybody to die as well, the dragon does not have that kind of power. Once Shenlong has been summoned and the wishes are granted it takes a week before you can search for them again. It usually takes a day to find 1 dragonball.
Namek: The dragon for these dragonballs is Porunga. He will grant 3 wishes. With the use of this dragon you can wish back a person 4 times. Only one person can use the dragonballs more then once in a month. You cannot wish for someone to die. This dragon can only be used 7 times per month. It takes 2 days to find a dragonball. Once Porunga has been summoned and the wishes are granted it takes a week before you can search for them again The dragonballs here are much larger in size compared to earth's.
Now to find the dragonballs you will need a Dragonball Radar or have dragonball sensing ability. You will also have to travel to the planet they are located on. It takes 1 full day to search for one dragonball, however if you have a dragonball radar it takeshalf a day instead. If you collect dragonballs and another person collects dragonballs that you need you can either fight or pay them to get the dragonballs.
