Don't worry, be healthy!
What do you do to keep your body trim and stay young -- my answers are always the same -- eating right and exercise. Eating right doesn't necessarily mean to give up chocolates and ice-cream, as long as you are not eating more than your body requires of essential nutrients. If you are not sure what your nutrition requirements, always consult a nutritionist or your doctor to determine your needs. Your body has served you well all these years, and it deserves to be treated well in return. All recipes on this site have been trimmed of excessive fats and calories, tailored just for those who want to stay healthy and in good shape.
