What is Card Captor Sakura??
Cardcaptor Sakura started out as a cute little magna (Comic Book) in Japan, written and drawn by four women whom make up an organization called Clamp. Clamp's Cardcaptor Sakura quickly became one of the number-one magnas in Japan, and once the series was complete, they created an Anime (TV Cartoon) out of it, adding many, many new cards, and a few new characters.
Cardcaptor Sakura is about a ten-year-old girl living in a town called Tomeda in Japan, who stumbles upon a mysterious book called "The Clow" in her basement. She released a magical deck of cards, and a small stuffed animal came from the book, claiming to be the guardian of the Clow book, who had been taking a nap at the time of the cards' release.
Now, Along with her friend, Madison (In Japanese: Tomoyo) and her rival, Li (In Japanese: Sayoran) Sakura must capture all of the Clow Cards before they wreak havok on the world.

After Sakura seals the cards, a new face appears, a boy named Eriol (In America: Eli Moon) and, unknown to Sakura, he begins to attack her with a reason unknown to anyone. As Sakura battles this unkown atacker, she must transform the Clow Cards into her own Sakura Cards, using her own source of magic.
And the adventure goes on...
