Okay, Lockacptors is about a boy named Allan Danvilian, and he stumbles upon a chest of mysterious locks in an old adobe house that his father was studying.
He broke the chest, and released the locks, along with a small seal-like animal named Yan-Shang, aka Shan.
Shan tells him that the locks were powerful forces that could destroy the entire city!
The Seona Locks were created by one of Clow Reeds many wifes, whom accuired magic and created the locks.
