believe that Kevin MacKinnon was wrongfully convicted in the Calgary Court of
Queens Bench on October 6, 1995.
We call on all Media Sources, Investigators, Civil rights leaders, Judicial
officials, and all who stand for and believe in justice in this great country
of Canada -- to support this case and to those who have the resources to launch
an immediate and thorough investigation into this case further revealing why
this case deserves an immediate retrial.

Kevin MacKinnon received weak, ineffective, and incompetent counsel from his
court appointed attorney.
Conducted no pre-trial investigations or interviews
Did not subpoena anyone to court, and insisted that Kevin not testify
Allowed changed statements to pass through trial without cross examine
Had very limited contact with Kevin MacKinnon in preparation for trial.
Kevin MacKinnon did not receive a fair trial! All we ask is that Kevin be given
the chance to be properly represented and receive a trial by a fair and
impartial jury.
