It's a cheap buckle with goofy writing that can open your beers. Purchased as a giveaway at a party and served it's purpose like a champ.
Nice Present
I bought this for a friend for his birthday. He really liked it, but opening an actual bottle of beer with it can be tricky. If it's not done right, the beer could spill on your pants.
