Make Your Own Niddy-Noddy

It's easy, inexpensive and waterproof.
What you need:

1/2" PVC pipe, 2 - 1/2"
Tee brackets to fit pipe
Hand saw.
You will need to cut 4 pieces of 6" each and 1 piece of 18".  Take each of the Tee brackets, and insert one 6" piece in each end. Connect them with the 18" piece .

You can cut the PVC to any length you like, so you can have exactly 1 yd measured if you like. If you use the `8" , you come up with a yard skein.
Weaving with Sticky Yarns

When weaving with sticky yarns, such as mohair, eyelash, etc, you can spray your warp with spray starch or hair spray.  When the item is finished, the hairspray or starch comes out as you wash and full the piece.
