On the 17TH of May 1997, I headed out to Andrews Airforce Base to see the USAF's 50TH
Anniversary Airshow. As is the custom with almost every single airshow I have been
to in the last five years - it rained :(. Despite this, I was still
as excited as I was when I went to my first big Military Airshow (at Amberley) back in about
1985 when I was the tender age of 11, or something like that. I took so many pictures at
Andrews that I have only included on these pages those from the flying displays.
Perhaps for my next page, I will ad some of the static photos.
