MY FAVORITE VOCALISTS
Doro Pesch Doro, Doro, Doro!!! The voice of the legendary 80's "Warlock", true as steel and smooth as her tight leather, she will always remain the one and only true godess of metal! My highest respects and bows to this iron queen. Her voice carries more of the dark magic than any "calling of the wild". Another personal anthem to serenade my life, John honey, this one's for us: "When East meets West it's gonna be one hell of a .....!!!!!!!!":-)lol

Joe Lynn Turner One of my favorite voices of rock n' roll. Although Turner's name can be traced back to some of the greatest bands in the histroy of rock like "Deep Purple", " Richie Blackmore's Rainbow"("I surrender" happens to be one of my favorite songs !), not to mention his prolific solo career, I always associate this voice with Yngwie Malmsteen. I especially love Turner's earlier Malmsteen love ballads from the "Odessey" album (to all of you Turner haters: suck your toes, he was truly brilliant with Yngwie!!!), not to mention the marvelous job on the "Inspiration" CD. He simply shines doing the older 70's classics!

Mark Boals Another one of my favorite ex Malmsteen vocalists. "Inspiration", "Alchemy", "Trilogy","War to end all Wars". Mark has a sucessful solo career as well as working with many other great guitar gods and bands. My daily rituals of vocal practice always start by listening and moving along with Mark's captivating and extremely powerful voice. Mark Boals' randition of the "Deep Purple's" "Sweet child in Time" makes my heart skip!!!
