Hi, I'm Steve aka piper13, I'm 36 years old, I operate a machine called a Fin Press and also an Angle Punch for a local factory I also
get to weld sometimes. I spent the first 9 years of my life as a Navy brat, we lived in Washington D.C., Norfolk Va., Cuba, Camp Lejune N.C. After my dad retired we moved back to my
parents hometown in Pa. which at that time had a population of about 700 people. So pretty much everyone knew everyone and it seems like EVERYONE knew me and my siblings, my
Granddad was Mayor at the time and had also been the town barber but luckily he had a BIG sense of humor and let us kids be kids, we didn't do anything all that bad anyways. My
interests are God, my family, camping, hiking, biking, the internet, exploring my heritage: I'm your basic American mutt made up of Scottish, Welsh, German(or Pa Dutch as my Granddad
always said).
Early in 99 we found out that Marcia was pregnant;which at the time I wasn't sure if I was ready for; but we lost the baby due to a miscarriage, even
though this happens quite often it really saddened me. The day after it happened I was sitting here on the puter feeling sorry for us and I felt this overwhelming feeling of comfort
which in my heart and soul I believe was a touch of Jesus. On Nov. 26, 2000 I have joined Thurmont United Methodist Church along with Marcia and have also almost completed reading
the Bible(which I have done before) but this time I'm really trying to read God's Word and to help strengthen my relationship with God, in March of 2002 I was a pilgrim in a 3day retreat called The Walk to Emmaus with the West Virginia Community, walk #74. Since then I've had the honor of being part of the team on 2 mens Walksits been a wonderful expirience and has help me in my Walk with Christ. In Feb. 2003 I joined a Christian gaming clan called Men of God its so much more then a gaming clan, its a full-blown Ministry reaching out to those in the online gaming community who dont know Jesus!!
We found out in December of 99 that we were expecting again but we also lost this baby after about 8 weeks. Now we found out in early July 2000 that
we are expecting AGAIN. Its kinda scary but if its God's Will we'll carry this one and have a healthy beautiful baby. On March 21, 2001 Callie May was born PRAISE GOD!!!!!!!!! She is BEAUTIFUL!!!!!
I served 6 years in the U.S. Army Reserves as a Heavy Equipment Operator. I got out as an Spec4. This is my second marriage and I must admit that its
the better of the 2. For 3 years I was a single father which was challenging but very enjoyable. There are MANY fathers and mothers out there who would love to have their
children as much as I do but with the Courts and public opinion the way they are its very difficult for dads to have anything more than every other weekend if they can get that, a
child needs 2 parents not a fulltime parent and a weekend parent. It NEEDS to be CHANGED. There are places on the internet that address this issue, at the present
there is a strong movement among Non-Custodial Parents for shared parenting which involves EQUAL time after all isn't time more in the childs interest then money? I have included links to some sites at the bottom of the page. If you know of
