Welcome to our little kitchen.  Below are some of our favorite recipes.  If you have any that you would like to share, please send them to our mom and she would be happy to post them here along with a note as to who it came from and their web address.
Appetizers:
Easy Spicy Chicken Wings

Ingredients:
5 lbs Chicken wings or legs
2 Eggs
Flour
1 Jar of Salsa (or use your homemade kind)

1.  Scramble eggs with fork.
2.  Roll chicken in eggs and then roll in flour and then roll in salsa.
3.  Place in oven safe pan.
4.  Cook for 20-30 minutes at 375*.
5.  Serve with ranch dressing.  Serves approximately 8-12 people.




Salads:
Italian Pasta Salad

Ingredients:
1 lb Cheese (Cubed)
1 Green Bell Pepper
1 Yellow Pepper
1 Orange Pepper
1 Can Olives (Chopped or Sliced)
1/2 lb Salami or Summer Sausage (Cut into small pieces)
2 lbs Colored or Veggie Rotini (Cooked, Drained, &Cooled)
1/4 cup Onions (Chopped)
1 Bottle of Italian Dressing

Mix everything together in a large bowl.  Serves approximately 8-10 people.


Tater Salad

Ingredients:
1 lb Cheese (Cubed)
1 can Olives (Chopped or Sliced)
1 lb Bacon (Cooked, Drained, and Chopped)
2lbs Potates (Cooked and Cut)
1/2 cup Onions (Chopped)
2 tbsp Mustard (We use brown mustard)
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
1/8 cup Sugar
1 cup Pickle Relish or Diced Pickles
4 Eggs (Cooked and Diced)
Nature's Seasonings (To taste)

Mix everything together in a large bowl.  Serves approximately 8-10 people.



Breads & Baked Goodies:
Grannie's Cornbread (Quick and Easy Version)

Ingredients:
2 pkgs Cornbread Mix
2 Eggs
1/2 cup Sugar

Mix according to package.  Add sugar.  Bake according to package. Serve with honey butter (See recipe below).  Serves approximately 8-12 people.


Honey Butter

Ingredients:
4 cups Margarine or Butter (Softened)
1/2 cup Honey

Mix together and serve with bread or rolls.
