**Notice (9/22/02)This poem was written for my girlfriend Toby
when I first met her in the fall of 2001, over a year ago.
I was in love with her from the moment I first saw her until present,
but I was too scared to tell her. Finally, just a few weeks ago she
told me that she liked me that way and had for a long time,
but had been too afraid to tell me. See, when fear gets to you,
problems really can arise. If I hadn't been so scared, I could have
been with Toby for maybe even months by now. :)

Emotion

By: LadyWillow

How many days, months and years
will I long senslessly for you?

How many times will I wish you
were with me, and know it won't come true?

How many ways can I speak your name
only to have the raw emotion die on my lips?

How many dreams will I have of you
dancing with me, and your hands on my hips?

How many poems can I actually write
in one lifetime that hold your name?

How will I ever live another day
knowing you don't feel the same?
