Dripping Blood
By: LadyWillow

Why does it hurt
to look at you
Happiness and joy
both are something
you have, but
I cannot experience.
My entire life, it seems
is one long, choked-back
sob. A constant war against
the tears that threaten
to fall.
I never knew how much
pain
one person could carry.
I never knew that
it was possible
to hurt this much.
Yet here I stand
-blood dripping-
and I realize that my
pain has only just
Begun.
