Different
By: LadyWillow

I question what I'm told
because I know that truth
is more illusive then the
lies
said to me.
Questioning words is my
only defense against the
pain everything brings.
Any umspoken social rule,
I seem to break.
I shatter everyone's chaste
images of me
and tarnish their
hopes.

I seem to dissipoint and
frighten those I care about.
Instead of educating them and
making them proud,
I make them wish I
woud change;
that I was different.

Well, I am Different.

Live With It.
