Alone (again)

Slow tears move down my cheeks
-I am alone-
Your words stung me
-And left me numb-
But I am no longer cold
-I can now feel-
And pain is all I experience
-Your words burned me-

So I take up the blade
-What's left for me?-
I send up a quite prayer
-"Goddess take my soul please"-
And then the cuts come
-much deeper than before-
And then I lay down
-Blissful sleep comes to me-
And surrounded by the shreds
-The shreds of my life-
I die. Alone. Again.
