Don Matthews - Labrador City, Labrador, Canada. Now living in Halifax, NS.
This website is dedicated to the memory of my big brother, my best friend Darren Matthews , (click on name to visit page) who was a true and proud Labradorian. Darren lost his hard fought battle with Diabetes on February 14, 2004 at the tender age of 37. This page is for you Bro. You have thought me not to compromise and always be faithful and true.
July 1, 2000. 12 Pound Lake Trout Caught at Lobstick Lodge, Labrador. What a beauty!!!
Well I moved out of Labrador City and am now living in Halifax, NS and loving it. Nothing will ever compare to Labrador and hopefully someday I will be able to move back, however, I have to make the best of where I am now and Halifax will be my home for the next 3-5 years. I will try and add some pictures I have taken here as soon as I can. Until then, take a look at some of the pictures I have added from Labrador and enjoy. If you are a FACEBOOK user don't forget to add me.

I have started a new hobby called GEOCACHING. What is GEOCACHING? To describe it I will borrow a description from the official GEOCACHING site.."Geocaching is an entertaining adventure game for GPS users. Participating in a cache hunt is a good way to take advantage of the wonderful features and capability of a gps unit. The basic idea is to have individuals and organizations set up caches all over the world and share the locations of these caches on the internet. GPS users can then use the location coordinates to find the caches. Once found, a cache may provide the visitor with a wide variety of rewards. All the visitor is asked to do is if they take something they should try to leave something for the cache.
Check out the link below for the official site. If you have a GPS it is worth the time to get involved. Trust me, you will enjoy it.
