2 pkgs. frozen
spinach 4 eggs, well beaten 1 cup
onion 1 cup celery 1/4 cup
butter
1 pkg. stuffing mix
1 cup parmesan cheese 1 teaspoon garlic
powder 1 cup sour cream
Cook spinach, drain well. Sauté
onion and celery in butter. When cool, mix all ingredients, shape into balls, and
chill overnight. Bake for 30 minutes at 250. to freeze, bake for 20 minutes,
cool, and freeze. when ready to serve, place in oven until golden and hot.
4 cups corn chex 4 cups
rice chex (or 8 cups double chex) 1 cup peanut
butter 1/4 cup butter
2 teaspoons light corn
syrup 1-3/4 cups
powdered sugar
combine peanut butter, butter, and corn
syrup.. heat until peanut butter is melted (in microwave or saucepan). stir
well. place cereal into extra deep bowl and pour peanut butter mix over stirring
until all pieces are evenly coated. place powdered sugar into bag (plastic or
paper), add coated cereal ***and shake until pieces are coated.
*** at this point, you may add extras such as gummy worms, banana chips, chocolate chips,
raisins, or nuts.
