They're mean... they're green... and they've hit the big screen! If you thought the Cartoons and Comics were gonna captivate you, you ain't seen NUTHIN yet! The movies REALLY boosted these four guys in green!

When the first TMNT movie came out, the money it made sky rocketed! I distinctly remember the movie making MILLIONS! It caught everyone's attention, and the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles were a big hit and success. Although a bit dark, and dreary, TMNT I got it all. TMNT I took place in the original setting of the TMNT. It introduced the TMNT, Splinter, April, Casey, and.. The Shredder. It was the basic story plot of the first TMNT comic, cartoon, it laid out the story for us. And it also gave us the death of The Shredder. Or did it? For a quick reading of the movie, click here. If the first movie didn't catch your fancy, the second one SURELY must have! The second movie was funny, and it was more alive. Unlike the first movie, very serious and dark, this movie was fun, and moving. TMNT II: The Secret Of The Ooze introduced a new friend to the bunch, Keno, as well as Professor Jordon Perry. The second movie revealed to the Turtles WHY they had been born into the world, as well as HOW, as told to them by Splinter and Professor Perry. However, not only do the Turtles find out the Secret Of The Ooze, but so does Shredder, thus creating two evil creatures, Tokka and Rahza. As if the first two TMNT movies weren't enough to stimulate our imaginations and love for the TMNT, a THIRD movie was produced! In my honost opinion, this movie was really great! Taking place in Japan, TMNT III was action filled all the way, and it was EXTREMELY funny! The work upon the puppets in this movie was fantastic, and the TMNT were really brought to life. Finding an ancient scepter, April is accidently transported back in time, while back in time, someone else is transported in her spot. Being the heros they are, the turtles travel back in time to find April, only to find themselves riding horses and all dressed up for the party! ;) TMNT III was pretty funny in its own individual way, and it'll keep you laughing throughout the whole movie. The movies were an absolutely wonderful addition to TMNT fandom, and with its great puppeteering, lines, and action, will be held forever in our hearts as faithful TMNT worshippers. ;)
