Placement will be based on the following:

1. Technique
2.   Poise
3.   Facial Expression
4.   Height

Note: Office and grade level have no bearing on performance/competition placement.

Sidelines:
Placement will be based on the following:

1. Technique
2.   Poise
3.   Facial Expression
4.   Height

Note: Officers will be in the front of the standard sideline formation (two-line formation). However, officers may not always be in the front of every sideline dance.

Please understand that the only thing that matters is that you are part of the team. We shouldn't argue about where we stand/dance. We should pull together to make each routine wonderful. I truly value each of you as a team member, and I love having all of you on the squad. Please don't complain about placement. Let's have a wonderful happy year!
