Pengwyn has lineage from the nationally renowned Farnley ponies on both sides of his breeding. Ponies from the Farnley lines have gone on to be very successfull both in the show ring and out. Pengwyn sired this years Grand Champion crossbred pony at the Maryland Pony Breeders show. He also sired the Junior Champion and Overall Champion at the Maryland State Fair and sired the 2000 foal winner at Upperville.
