1. We hereby agree to breed the mare ( registered name, or name on coggins,
and brief description )

to the Welsh Stallion known as Pengwyn Standing at Spring Hollow Stables, Marshall
Va. for the 2002
breeding season.
2. In consideration of $ 550.00, Owner of Stallion agrees to breed above stallion, to said Mare. Owner of Mare agrees to pay $550.00 on the date of service.
3. If the above mare fails to produce a live foal, as stated by a certificate by a qualified veterinarian, Stallion Owner agrees to grant a return service or return the stallion service fee.
4. The Mare Owner shall be responsible for all fees for collection and shipment of semen for artificial insemination; plus all expenses in regards to the mares veterinary costs.
5. The mare owner will only use the collected stallion semen for one mare, unless prior arrangements have been made.
6. This contract shall not be assigned or transferred by the mare owner. In the event that the mare is sold, the fee shall immediately become due and payable and no refund will be due under any circumstances.
7. It is further agreed that should the said stallion die or be sold by the owner, or become unfit for service before servicing your mare, or if your mare dies or becomes unfit for breeding than this contract is and shall become null and void.
