Officially the greatest thing I ever made...

I designed this necklace around the polymer bead from my "faux floral lampwork" series. It has a raised TLS design of scrolling grapevines against a gold background. The rest of the necklace is made with spiral stitched size °11 and °6 seed beads as well as some Czech fire polished beads for sparkle.

This necklace is featured in the December 2002 issue of Bead & Button magazine along with an article on how to make the polymer focal bead!

Two pieces of jewelry I had made for a contest at a local bead store. The categories were "Bold Bracelets" and "Extreme Earrings" Both one third place in their categories. Circular brickstitch with pinwheel elements.

Variety of shapes, mostly rounded. Some are macaroni shapes. Faux raku-copper finish with acrylic metallic paints and mica pigment powders.

Fall Impressed Leaf Set

Impressed with a leaf stamp, backfilled with TLS and glitter, some beads have raised TLS dots on the sides, copper leafing highlights.

Mokume Gane Leaf Impressed Bead Set

A Mokume Gane variation using a stamp. Layers of white, turquoise and lime clay. Accented with gold leafing.

Tiger Bead Set

Mottled browns, ivory, and golds on black background. Accented with raised TLS stacked dots.
