As I lay close to you

Closer than ever before

Smiling for the moon knows

She sees us lying together silently on her beach

The sand so much an uncountable infinity

Is the sibling to the stars in the sky

You and I molded of this image

Man and woman so natural

Free thoughts float endlessly as waves cascade

Identifying the emotions we share

As part of this beauty nature preserves

Nothing could measure our feelings

As closely as the stars and the sand…
