Now is a moment to see what is wrong in your life and seek Education, Counseling, Consultation, Prayer and Living Prayers like going to your counseling or consultation appointment.
You see inside you right now is a seed of hope and you can build on it and nourish it and make it grow and prosper within yourself and others.
1st; Take a moment and pray or talk to your higher being
2nd; Consult friends or community agencies that work on your kinds of challenges
3rd; Follow up appointments with counselors and educators until you get the training you need
4th; Pray some more
5th; Do a little volunteering even if it just helping a friend or family member with some little project
6th; Start a workshops or a special interest activity like walking, swimming, basket ball
7th; Take time for your self, bubble baths, or a nap
8th; Share child care responsibilities with others who have children, people you know you can trust so you can get a couple of hours of Rest and Relaxation maybe take up ball room dancing
Then consider what you can do to make a significant difference in yourself, ie get out and be active, volunteer, find better work or get upgrading for the position you have and maybe workshops on healthy relationships, how to establish and maintain them.
Consider how you can help your community, volunteering, starting a non-profit or participating in an established one.
Saying sorry for any wrongs you have done and if the people you offended do not want to hear or are no longer alive call a prayer line and just tell them or write a letter and read to a trusted friend or clergy.
Be kind to yourself and others as they try and be there for you.
