The 2 foot by 6 foot windows show: the mountains (the Devil's Thumb and Petersburg Mountain) that surround and protect; and water where so much of God’s bounty lays.
There's the boat, with the mast so closely resembling the cross.
Sea creatures: the halibut, the crab, the shrimp, the Red Snapper and the salmon.
Wild flowers: the skunk cabbage; bog lantern; the shooting star; forget-me-not; and daisies.
There are also the inner symbols of the Church: the St. Andrew's crest; the Bible open; the candle with its welcoming light; the Holy bread and wine.
Please note that this site is not run by St Andrews Episcopal Church and has no connection with the church.
