A little about myself. I am 32 years old. I attended a Vocational Tech school for Culinary Arts. While in school I started working in a small Restaurant and then went on to hotels. The chef that I had at the time told me that the best training I would ever get would be to stay in the Hotel business and learn from different chef's and to also set a goal for success. I took his advice and stayed in the hotel business and set a goal of 10 years to be a Sous Chef. Well 9 years after that goal was set it was accomplished. I have now accompished my next goal and I am now an Executive Chef. Hard work and great advise has gotten me to where I am today. And it was all worth it. |
