ARMAGEDDON 2: STRENGTH BEYOND STRENGTH

Screenshots Armageddon 2 is a Dukematch TC/Mod for version 1.4/1.5. It has 17 levels and the file is 14.9MB in size. The file name is Armageddon2.zip. It was released on December 27, 2002.   I was not able to get Armageddon 2 to load correctly. I followed the installation instructions in one of the text files which said to unzip Armageddon2.zip into a new directory, place a copy of the Atomic version of the duke3d.grp in the same directory, then click on install.bat. That part was no problem but when I clicked on the EXE or any of the BAT files the game loaded with messed up graphics. I don't know what my problem was but you may have better luck with it. Download Here Zykov Eddy sent me a copy of Armageddon 2 that he modified for use with the EDuke32 port. It loaded and ran fine with the 12/15/08 version of EDuke32.There are 2 episodes with 17 levels and the file is 14.0MB in size and the file name is ARMAG.zip.   Armageddon 2 has 5 game types, Dukematch with and without spawns, Cooperative, and Team DM with and without spawns. There are 6 levels on episode 1 and 11 levels on episode 2. It has new art, sounds, weapons, items and ammo amounts. Most of the levels are very nice looking with good level design. Download Here

CINEPLEX

Screenshots Cineplex has 1 level and is for version 1.3. The file is 6.5MB in size and the file name is cineplex.zip. It was released on November 1, 1996. To get it to run I justed unzipped all the files, clicked on CINEPLEX.BAT then loaded as a user map.   Cineplex is for Dukematch only. It is a large movie theater with clips from different movies playing on each screen. Since its for Dukematch only I just checked out the level to make sure there were no problems and took some screenshots. Download Here

CITY TERROR GOLD EDITION

Screenshots City Terror Gold Edition is a standalone Dukematch TC. It has 21 levels and the file is 17.9MB in size. The file name is named city_terror_gold_edition.zip. It was released on March 30, 2003. City Terror Gold Edition is the original City Terror Dukematch TC with some of the levels updated and the Fugitive addon pak that contains 6 more levels. In multi-player you can play Dukematch or co-op plus there is a single player practice option. It has nice level design and textures. The only thing I did not like was the civilians screaming was annoying very quickly. Download Here

DUKE NUKEM ARMY TC v1.0

Screenshots Duke Nukem Army TC v1.0 is for version 1.3. It has 9 levels and the file is 13.1MB in size. The file name is dukearmy.zip. It was released on April 24, 2000. Duke Nukem Army TC v1.0 is mainly for Dukematch. Episode 1, Assault, is blue team against red team. Episode 2, CTF, is capture the flag. And episode 3, D-Day, is a single player level I think. I was not able to complete it because it was too hard. The levels look well designed for Dukematch play. There is a nice stationary machinegun with unlimited ammo you get to use. Download Here

DUKE NUKEM ARMY TC 2.0 v3.13

Duke Nukem Army TC 2.0 v3.14 is also available. It has 22 levels, is for version 1.4/1.5 and needs the EDuke32 port. The file is 146MB in size. The file name is dukearmy3_14.zip. It was released on May 22, 2009. Note just extract the files to an empty folder and add the Duke3d.GRP file. The EDuke32 port is included with this mod. Duke Nukem Army 2.0 v3.14 is the final version of this mod. It has new textures, enemies, weapons, maps and sounds. There are three episodes, Campaign, Arcade Maps and Strategics Maps. This mod is hard. I kept getting killed on the first two levels of the single player Campaign episode and had to turn on god mode to finish the levels. Some of the weapons were not very effective with the shotgun replacement being my favorite weapon. Also the muzzle flash on the number four weapon is so large it blocks your view which makes it hard to see when the enemy you are shooting at is dead. This mod is a lot like the WWII: GI game as far as gameplay is concerned. Which means hard. A lot of work went into this mod though and is definitely worth checking out. Download Here

DUKE NUKEM 3D CAPTURE THE FLAG V1.2

Duke Nukem 3D Capture the Flag v1.2 is for version 1.3. It has 12 levels and the file is 1.5MB in size. The file name is dukectf12.zip. It was released on March 18, 1999. Duke Nukem 3D Capture the Flag is as it's title implies a Dukematch capture the flag type TC. I only tested it to make sure it would load and run before listing it here. Download Here

DUKE NUKEM CTF EXTREME

Duke Nukem CTF Extreme is for version 1.4/1.5. It has 4 levels and the file is 113KB in size. The file name is ctfext09.zip. It was released on April 19, 2000. Duke Nukem CTF Extreme is another Dukematch capture the flag type TC. Download Here

DUKE NUKEM 3D eXTREME

Screenshots Duke Nukem 3D eXTREME is for version 1.3. It has 14 Dukematch and 2 single player levels and the file is 7.0MB in size. The zip contains beta-1 and beta-2 of this TC. I only tried beta-2. It was released on August 16, 1999. Since this TC is for Dukematch all I can say really it the levels look good for multi player. Health has been increased to 5000, and some ammo amounts are up too. You need to press the space bar to pick up items. There are new textures and weapons. Episode 2 levels 10 and 11 are for single play. Level 10 is an all boss level I did not like much the first time I played it. The second time it was much eaiser. Level 11 was OK, nothing special. One cool thing is if you hit a bunch of aliens with a rocket they explode in a cloud of blood and guts. Another change I did not like as much is that the screen reacts when you get hit. It can be annoying when it prevents you from shooting back.  Download Here

THE DUKE NUKEM PAINTBALL 2 TC

Screenshots The Duke Nukem Paintball 2 TC is for version 1.3. It has 4 levels and the file is 3.5MB in size. The file name is Paintballtc.zip. It was released on June 8, 1998. Note: This zip contains both Paintball Duke, a mod with no levels and The Duke Nukem Paintball 2 TC which has 4 levels. Paintball 2 has a bad Tiles003.art file but still seems to work. According to the text I expected that the weapons would be paintball guns but they are not, possibly due to the bad art file. FYI: I downloaded this TC from 3 different sites and they all had the same problem so I just used the one from RTCM.   The Duke Nukem Paintball 2 TC is for dukematch. Even though the weapons are the original Duke ones they shoot paintballs and have new sounds. The levels are a stadium, forest, castle and a bombed out room. Download Here

Far Beyond Duked: Another Chapter is for version 1.4/1.5. It has 5 levels and the file is 154KB in size. The file name is fbd2.zip. It was released on January 4, 1997. Far Beyond Duked: Another Chapter is for Dukematch only. I walked around the first two levels just to see what it looked like. It has simple level design and basic textures. I don't play Dukematch so I could not test it out. Download Here

LAST MAN STANDING TC

Screenshots Last Man Standing TC is for version 1.3. It has 1 level and the file is 7.8MB in size. The file name is lastman.zip. It was released on July 7, 2002.   Last Man Standing TC is a large Dukematch level based on the movie Last Man Standing. It has new art, sounds, weapons and ammo amounts. Download Here There is also a replacement DUKE.RTS file available. It has quotes from the movie and new music. It's 2.2MB in size and the file name is lastrts.zip. After it is installed press ALT+F1 through ALT+F10 to hear the replacement quotes and music. Download Here

LITHDUKE

Screenshots LithDuke v0.2 is for version 1.4/1.5. It has 10 maps and the file is 2.5MB in size. The file name is lithduke.zip. It was released on July 17, 2000. This is a conversion of 10 of the original Duke Nukem 3D maps to make them Dukematch compatible. Download Here
