TO ORDER WHOLE SALE CASES, PLEASE EMAIL ME YOUR ORDER.  No more than 3 scents per case please. Once I recieve your order, I will contact you regarding your shipping charges. Once I receive the approval on shipping charges and total I will send you an online invoice for payment.

LABELING  All candles contain warning labels. Labeling can be done 2 different ways. 1.)Labels containing my company name only. 2.)No label.

You will be notified of shipping charges after your order is placed. All orders are shipped UPS and will be shipped 2 to 4 weeks after your order is placed. Some instances orders are shipped sooner. All of our candles are poured after order is recieved, so you have the strongest scented candles possible. You may pay by check , money order, or paypal. Your order will be shipped with insurance.   Cases may be ordered with no more than 2 scents per case on all candle sizes. Any purchase of $600.00 or more I will pay 50% of your shipping charges. I do not charge handling charges. PLEASE EMAIL ME WITH ANY QUESTIONS YOU MAY HAVE.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY                      If you have any problems with any our products, simply return them within 15 days of receipt. We do not give refunds, however we gladly will exchange your items upto the exaxt cash value, excluding shipping charges. You are responsible for shipping on returned items. Our company will gladly pay for shipping on the products we exchange for you.
