The FAS-A10 is a suit made directly for S.C.A.R.A.B.'s "Regulators". This elite version of the regular agent is used to dispose of important officials and military heads. Note that assassination is not company policy. In fact, S.C.A.R.A.B. would much rather have the people in question cooperating with them. Unfortunatly, most target's don't see it that way...
