Hola y bien venido. Si estas aqui bueno, me imagino es porque quieres saber, aprender, o acordarte de una receta favorita que mama, o papa te ofrecerion desde chiquitos. Aqui no estan todas las recetas de Guatemala, pero la mayoria si, gracias a mis abuelos. Por el momento la unica manera de obtener una o dos recetas de mi es por correspondencia e-mail.

Great to see you here today. If you are here well, I imagine it's because you want to know, learn or remember one of your favourite Guatemalan recipes that mom, or dad or friends gave you when you were young. Well, all of the recipes from all of Guatemala are not here, but most of them are thanks to my granparents. Enjoy these tasty dishes. For now the only way you may obtain a recipe or two is through e-mail correspondance!

Following is the updated 3rd installment of the list of Guatemalan Recipes that are in my possesion. If you wish to know the recipe of any of the dishes below, you may e-mail me and I will be more than happy to help you out.

But first here is a quick section you can check back often. Once a month I will be posting a recipe at random. The column to your left will tell you what recipe was for that month, the center column will show you this months feature and how to prepare it, and the right column will show you what next month's feature will be. Enjoy. You may also follow the links at the top of the page, if you are interested in a specifiec region of the country. Guatemala is so diverse and there are lots of dishes to please your appetite.
