I found this in the book The World Of Ballet by Judy Tatchell
Wayne Sleep (born 1948) trained at the Royal Ballet School and joined The Royal Ballet in 1966. He became a principal in 1973, going on to dance a variety of character roles. In 1980, he set up Dash, his own dance company.
