The property is 26 acres. There are 10 turn out paddocks. And all but two have run-in sheds for the horses. The grounds are beautifully maintained year round. The main barn is 8 stalls with a wash stall with hot and cold water; a tack room, and an attached indoor arena. The indoor has rubber footing and mirrors. We have a heated tack room which looks into the indoor arena, so riders and parents may watch lessons taking place.. The second barn is a converted cow barn. This barn has ten stalls, a wash stall with hot and cold water, and also has a tack room. Both barns are kept very clean and offer large stalls for the horses.The outdoor arena is next to the main barn with sand/stonedust footing. There are plenty of places to ride outside of the ring. And wonderful fields to ride in with amazing hills. This way neither the horse or rider can become bored. The horses just love how peaceful this farm is.
Full Service board, includes:
Feeding a quality grain diet two times a day.
Feeding quality grass hay throughout the day.
Stalls are mucked out three times a day.
Turn out is provided seven days a week, weather permiting. During the summer months night turn out is provided for those who are interested.
All booting and blanketing is included in board.
Full grooming and tack up and clean up services six days a week.
All muzzle, ear, leg and bridle path clipping. Plus mane pulling.
