HEALTH GUARANTEE
The kitten/cat is guaranteed to be in good health at the time of sale
and is free of any contagious condition.
The Kitten has been Vet
checked, micro-chipped, (compulsory in NSW & VIC ) wormed, bathed, and given
flea prevention treatment prior to leaving. Our Health Guarantee does not cover any condition or disease contracted after the sale and the kitten has left our premises, especially if this kitten/cat is allowed outdoors or mixes with other animals.
All kittens offered for sale have been examined by our Vet and have
been given a clean bill of health. They have
been given age appropriate vaccinations and are de-sexed. Vet Certificate of vaccination and de-sexing included.
Caloola Silvers and our Vet only use and recommend Fevac 3 vaccine ( panleukopenia, rhinotracheitis, calici virus )
We do not recommend
vaccinating for Chlamydia, FeLV or FIP (F4 and F5) or any thing
else and will not be
responsible for any problems or death arising as the result of using these vaccines.We do not ever use live vaccine.
The Seller guarantees that this kitten is genetically sound to the best of the Seller's knowledge. The Seller will
replace the kitten free of charge if it should die as the direct result of a genetic defect on or before its first birthday and that defect is evidenced in an autopsy report
from a licensed Veterinarian provided to the Seller.
Shipping charges will apply for replacement kittens. If you suspect this kitten has arrived in ill health and it is deemed to be so by a licensed Veterinarian within 48 hours of arrival the Purchaser should immediately notify the Seller and may return the kitten at Purchasers own expense along with a full Veterinarian report outlining the Vets findings. (It is recommended the Purchaser isolate the kitten from all other animals until after the Veterinary inspection has been completed.) The Seller will not be responsible for any Veterinary expenses incurred. The Purchaser agrees to accept a replacement kitten of equal value as soon as one is available. The Purchaser understands that there will be NO cash refunded. Shipping costs will apply to any replacement kittens and are the responsibility of the Purchaser.
CALOOLA SILVERS & PURCHASER AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING
1 This Kitten/Cat is purchased as a PET which
means although healthy and purebred may not have some
of the cosmetic attributes required to be a show cat.
2 Kittens will be de-sexed before leaving. Our Vet requires that a kitten is at least one kilo in weight before the
kitten can be desexed. Some kittens take longer than others to reach this weight which means the age your kitten is de-sexed depends upon its development. You will have the peace of mind knowing that your kitten
is already de-sexed when it comes to you.
3 We provide a Pet Pedigree but Registration Papers are
NOT included.
We will supply registration papers for kittens deemed to
be Show Quality so you can show the kitten once it
is de-sexed. These kittens will cost a little more.
4 The Seller will be available to answer any questions and give advice
about the kittens diet or well being at

5 This Kitten/Cat will be kept indoors and not allowed to roam freely outdoors without supervision for its own
safety.The Purchaser agrees to provide the kitten with a scratching
post, litter tray, quality food and clean water
at all times and give any Veterinary treatment required without delay. The kitten should also be groomed on a regular basis and be provided with suitable toys.
6 Under no circumstances will this kitten be sold, leased, or given to
any pet shop, animal shelter, research
laboratory or similar facility.
7 If the Purchaser is unable to continue to care for this kitten/cat they will contact the Seller before taking any
other action. 8 This Sales Agreement is for a PET KITTEN and consists of two copies of this document. Both copies should be signed by both the Seller and the Purchaser and a copy kept by each.
