| As you’ll know from the intro page, Rita and the Freak were enemies. Ferguson knew from their first meeting that ‘The Beater’ wasn’t a chick she could push around, like she so easily did to the other prisoners. Knowing that it wouldn’t be a push over to beat her with brawn, she used brains. When she was given the acting Governorship she jumped on the chance to set Rita up and have her transferred, to where else, but the dreaded ‘Black Hole.’ |

| The result of Rita’s first encounter with three of Cravens ‘goons’ (Screws) at Blackmoor.
She immediately won the respect of most the other woman, she put up the best fight they had ever seen. |

| Rita spots her ‘kid brother.’ Yip you’ve guessed it, he’s turned into a hard core ‘junkie.’ Rita stopped heavy drugs at Wentworth but Blackmoor, that’s a different story, especially with the screws turning a blind eye. |
| Placing bets on fights was the screws favourite past time. Its no wonder Craven orders that the fight is broke up the minute Reet starts to get the better of Roo. |

| Don’t think you’re getting of that lightly! Rita has a second dual with Roo and there are no screws to stop it.
Rita drops the hammer before it begins to make a fair fight. Roo doesn’t think along the same lines and whips out a knife, but there is only one winner, Rita The Beater! |
| Rita burns Blackmoor to the ground when Craven murders her brother and the Riot is won. All the Blackmoor inmates are transfered to other prisons and Rita ends up back at Wentworth. |

| Rita looks at her brother in pain. She is agrees to set free two screws in return for her brother but craven orders him shot dead as he walks free. Blackmoor is torched! |
