Thank you for choosing to make this journey. Your eyes are now in contact with centuries of wisdom – treasures and gems! The more of yourself you invest into the process of reading and enjoying this material, the more it becomes a permanent part of your life force. “The Aloha Breath” Introductory Instructional Guide lift-off begins now. With every word you read, embrace the challenge and invitation to move forward with courage, power and love.  Now, make each word come alive as you read  - this is the guaranteed way to increase your power and confidence.
Please understand that the first step in the awakening process launches a new physiology, a new confidence level and a jump-start to your power.  There is always a plus element to life, with much more to know and practice and greater states of awareness to discover. For some, that plus element is long overdue. Now is the time for raging success and action.
I have discovered secrets from strange, powerful and magnificent beings. There are those who practice looking at the stars for more than one hour every single day before sunrise.   They do this so that the star images become deeply etched into their consciousness, causing an incredible ability to stand tall and fear no one. I have met some of these shamans, and they are fearless.
To gather power in this millennium, we agree that it is time to distill many of the ancient practices.  Some distillers of knowledge are just plain sloppy.  Others are the used-car salesmen of spiritual wares. They seduce followers, taking money and sexual favors in a covert way.  I thank them all for helping me to continue elevating my own standards of conduct and causing me to learn and practice the art of power accumulation. As a modern man in the 21st century, I know the “time-famine” challenge most of you face.
It is essential to begin at the place where you can consistently have the greatest fascination and optimism to cause you to continue. One wise teacher stated, “Humankind chases a thrilling lie, while the truth walks quietly by.” Like you, I have chased the thrilling lie. I understand that enthusiasm is a key element in making progress toward building and retaining collective power and freedom. I must tell you that practicing alone works for some, while others must be placed into a group of two others to gain mastery.  Help about this is available. You are not alone in your quest for knowledge and mastery.
Certainly after you become adept at using each aspect of the Aloha Breath, you will want to take the next step. The steps to power are not necessarily sequential.  There is a rhythm and order. 
You will know if you are caught in a foolish loop because you will be unable to rid yourself of feelings of shame, guilt, covert hostility, or aggression. If you have missed an important step along the way, do not drain your time or energy chastising yourself.  Instead review and ask for help.
There may come a time when you wonder, why are these secret techniques being revealed. I want you to know that I was shocked by the deception and oppression that has gone on for centuries! I have paid thousands of dollars for courses by those who have claimed they have “exclusive” knowledge, only to discover their “exclusive” techniques in a $25. book. My intention is to help you discover for yourself, to help you see through the illusion and uncover for yourself the deception that exists in our world today! Only then can we all work together to create economic freedom and peace for all inhabitants of our planet! 
Please read all instructions thoroughly, before actually using the Aloha Breath technique. Familiarize yourself with the procedure so that the procedure itself is not distracting to you. The technique must be aligned to your vibrations.  Then, it will fit you beautifully.   You are entering the world of Spirit. Know that as you become connected with Spirit, experiences that you may have never had may begin to occur.  Each experience with the Eternal Spirit is accompanied by a feeling of spaciousness, peace and joy.  If ever you feel crowded, weakened or frightened, train yourself to become highly alert - this is not the realm of the Most High!
Allow your Spirit to guide you. What I mean is, if you are moved to alter the procedure then by all means do so! When it comes to Spirit, your uniqueness is above rules. The key is to be open to your intuition, your deeper feelings and your inner knowing.  Invite your Spirit to guide you. Call on your Spirit, saying your name and invoking the Most High to participate. Divine Spirit knows best what is correct for you!

The Power of the Eyes

The eye is the entrance and exit point for powerful currents of energy.
Never again take for granted the incredible power of your eyes while reading! Who do you think possesses this secret knowledge? Hint:  They spend billions every year driving you to buy shoddy, overpriced products and services. They are the Takers. They manipulate the standards of what is “cool, sophisticated and sought after.”   They laugh behind closed doors, while you swing on a scale between feeling ripped off or over-inflated? Who do you think gathers power each time you arrive at the destination (fear) they have designed? The Takers confuse issues so you stumble and fall in your effort to find good teachers, honest merchants and reliable allies. And, when you hesitate to make important decisions because fear has hold of you, they stop laughing and move on to another project, forgetting all about you. You have met them. So have I.
Keep a keen eye out for those who say there are no Takers. They are either naïve, or they are protecting the Takers for mysterious reasons.  The very few who have risen above all duality know the Takers exist, they are just too evolved to be concerned with them. Those who have truly risen above duality can really walk on water and breath life into a stillborn child.  I’m still waiting for someone to show up and perform those feats in our time. Now, for those of us evolving, we must get clear on what we have been foolishly tolerating via the eyes.
Today, you have access to written knowledge that once was the secret domain of the privileged.  This knowledge is the key to entering the domain of collective power and freedom. Personal power was the cry of the past century.  Now it is time to advance into the century of creating collective power and freedom. The Takers have gathered the best of secret spiritual wisdom, labeled it hokey or satanic, and kept it to themselves. However, the true sages and prophets have always risen up high above these Takers, and it is to their light that we again turn for direction. Takers understand the power of the eyes, now it is time for you to begin accessing these secrets.
Understanding the power of the eyes is a lesson overlooked by many who seek greater confidence and power. Where your eyes feast, your power follows.  My quest is to rise above the division of power between Givers and Takers and head for a future where the Takers willingly become Givers.  Does such a quest intrigue you?  The journey is not about battling the Takers for their domain. The answer is to enter the domain of the Aloha Breath and live there until all life joins in unity. We begin rising together. And, we begin with the eyes for an important reason. The eyes are known to you – unity may be a lofty ideal. Follow the known into the unknown.
Mysteriously, the eyes continuously shift between a passive (rest and rejuvenation) and active (momentum and flow) condition. Many continue to be stuck in a state of inertia because the eyes do not rest and rejuvenate properly. When in a passive condition, we are most vulnerable to losing power. The passive state was not intended to be such a minefield of problems.  Advanced and thriving cultures (and their people) rest their eyes joyfully. Whatever images enter your eyes while in a passive (not talking, not moving) condition must be images that ignite your strength, courage and wisdom.  Reading is a fascinating activity.  Your eyes are active while the rest of your body is still. When your eyes take in words from a page, your Spirit is looking for memory stimulation.  Only words that resonate a high vibration bring your Spirit closer to the activity of reading.
Wherever you currently live or work, begin this preparation eye technique immediately to ready yourself for the full Aloha Breath practice.

1. Never look directly into the eyes of anyone who does not demonstrate extraordinary love and extraordinary respect toward you. (Eventually you will stop looking at anything that does not feed your Spirit, however, that is a far off advanced practice.)
2. This does not mean isolate yourself, it means go into the arena of life better prepared to thrive. In other words, if you have been deflated or actually knocked down, don’t hide, shift into a new strategy. You know you don’t want to hang your head and look at your feet because that drains even more power.
3. You are an electrical accumulator.  Your eyes do much of the gathering.   Study people with curiosity, not criticism.  Play and interact with animated enthusiasm and whenever possible. Take in images that ignite your power to love.
4. When you demonstrate the discipline to master this one technique, your own breathing will become more relaxed and free, giving you evidence that you are retaining power.  Breath and power remain intimately connected eternally.
5. This is the first practice to accumulate power via your eyes and it is used when you are with another person. Stand-up tall, breath slowly, gaze (respectfully) at any person who does not see your worth, and look at the space directly between their eyebrows. Train yourself to not look into the eyes of anyone unless you are certain they can cause you to rise in power.  Hold a steady gaze at the point between their eyebrows and you will not lose power. They will not be able to tell you are not looking into their eyes. If you think negatively of that person in the process, you attach negatively to them through feelings.  Instead, view that person as they would be when they evolve.  Consider that this person is the gatekeeper between yourself and paradise.  Don’t taunt them, don’t resent them, wise-up to the shift that causes them to love you or move out of the way.  The eyes are the entrance and exit of power.

In order to begin to gain power through the Aloha Breath technique, it is important to see where you could be losing energy.  That is why we recommend you evaluate what your eyes are feeding upon.  You reclaim more of your power by accessing the secrets of the power giants (rulers, kings, mystics, kahuna) and create a new future. The eye is the entrance and exit point for powerful currents of energy.  The realm of power beckons to us.

Understanding The Words
Aloha
where did this word come from?
What is its real meaning? It has become synonymous with hello, goodbye and love. This, however, is not its true meaning. Unfortunately the Hawaiian language has been distorted over the years.
It is important to understand the proper meaning of Hawaiian words to experience the power of the Aloha Breath technique.  The true meaning of the words holds the keys to higher understanding and direct knowing. For instance, the word kahuna, when broken down, means keeper of the secret. Kahu means honored attendant, guardian, administrator or keeper. The definition of Huna is hidden secret. So kahuna means keeper of the secret.
Lets break down the word aloha. Alo to be with, go with. Ha is to breathe.
So aloha is, to be with breath.

Understanding The Breath
The ancients knew that the breath is the doorway to the spirit world.
It is that which animates our bodies. It is the force or spirit of life.
When the missionaries first came to Hawaii, the Hawaiians noticed that when these people prayed, they did not alter their breath. The Hawaiians found this to be very odd. They knew that in order to connect to spirit, one must alter their breath. So they referred to these missionaries as haole. Haole means without breath! Hawaiians identified these people as those without breath! To show you how the language has been so distorted, this term has become synonymous with Caucasian.
All sorts of well-intentioned people have attempted to unite with Spirit without breath because of flawed instructions.  Then, there are breath techniques that seem so  S L O O O W, that they spark more confusion than dedication.
The Aloha Breath is a technique that suits our modern time and does connect you with your Spirit. The Aloha Breath will re-connect you to that which knows all.  Have you ever seen a small child walking around with a play telephone, talking to imaginary friends?  Well, this mimics what the child will do when they use a telephone that is “connected.”  It is not wrong, or foolish, it is just mimicking. 
In order to gain power, the connection must be REAL and leave absolutely no doubt that there is a connection with Divine Spirit and your true essence.  If you doubt you have made contact with your Spirit, you probably have not.  When the doubts disappear, the glow of Spirit remains. This takes dedication on our part.  Now, the other ingredients to gain the connection may vary.  Some experience the “hook-up” because they are so childlike, trusting, pure and innocent in their experimentation.  Others experience it because their discipline is impeccable.  However, dedication must be present. 
Please understand that our connection with Spirit can be so weak that it may take a great deal of practice to re-connect with it. It is like working a muscle. The more you exercise it the stronger it gets.  It is no different with your Spirit. If you have been ignoring it, like I was for my first 33 years on the planet, you can be sure that it will take practice on your part to re-connect with it. Practices must have power.
All sorts of diseases, weakness and loss occur to those who have not mastered the power breath. The breath is the umbilical cord between Spirit and us.  It must feed us and we then remain connected.

Pace Yourself
Be patient and gentle with yourself.
Proceed with a steady pace to maintain momentum and avoid delays or rushing.
This should not be something that you approach with a feeling of obligation, or “ I must get this done.”  You don’t need another thing to stress about and pile more guilt upon yourself.  What you do need is to order your priorities. You may be ripe to awaken.  You will know if there is an internal stirring within. Don’t become a spiritual terrorist – scaring yourself into practicing will cause more harm than good.
At first you will have to make a conscious effort to take the time to sit still. This is true especially if you are not used to doing this. Your physical senses will be there to distract you. The weakness of the mental and physical powers become apparent when one cannot sit still.  Again, practice, preferably with an attitude of childlike fascination.
A story about Lord Buddha illustrates the power of silence. Lord Buddha performed many spiritual disciplines and one of these consisted of maintaining silence, inner and outer.  Many learned teachers and scholars wanted to disturb his silence and hold debates with him. But the atmosphere about Buddha was so charged with his silence that the moment those scholars entered his atmosphere, they would forget all about their plan to have a debate with him, and they would become silent. They would sit silently in the presence of Buddha and come back uplifted. Such is the effect of Silence when combined with power and breath.
This will become more natural with each passing day.  Silence is only frightening for those who have not yet faced their own reflection.  This is a passage on the way to power and freedom. The important thing is to experience the joy and serenity that comes from sitting still and being filled with the power of the Spirit.  A practice of 20 to 30 minutes with the Aloha Breath each day is accomplished “One Breath at a time.”   

Prepare Your Space
Find a quiet place to sit. Preferably sit in a straight back chair, or on the floor, spine aligned and straight. *  We do not want you to fall asleep. Wear comfortable clothing; preferably all cotton with radiant, vibrant colors such as yellow, white or aqua blue.  Also, see if you notice your practice is more powerful if you begin immediately after a fresh shower. What is important is that you don’t put off practicing because you don’t have the perfect clothes or you haven’t showered.  Just notice the difference by changing the elements of your clothing and adding a shower.

Choose one of these positions:
1) Sit upright with your back free (no backrest), facing an open window, or sit outdoors. Do not allow your chest to be sunken inward.  The lungs need the space to become open. Breath slowly and freely, avoiding any unnatural positioning.
OR
2)  Sit indoors, and drape a light blanket over your head and shoulders and pillows behind your back.  This will protect you and keep your energy within and may be more suitable for weak back conditions or those recovering from loss or illness.
Now, once you have selected the position that suits you, notice if your pelvis is able to tilt forward comfortably. You can sit with your feet placed flat on the floor, arms resting in your lap. Fold your right hand into the left hand with your palms facing up. Put your thumbs together. You should now be able to look down into your lap and see your right hand cupped in your left hand. Both palms should be facing up with the fingertips of your thumbs touching. This should look like an upside down “V”. This will help you stay focused. You will not become distracted or bothered by your hands dangling down beside you. However if you find a more powerful position for your hands to be in, then put them in the position for greatest power accumulation.  This is very important that you find the position that your Spirit (not just your body or mind) calls forth.
Shut off phones, pagers, and background television noise.  Soft meditative music suits some and not others.  Remember the rule about “rules” – don’t be rigid, yet don’t kid yourself that you are practicing if you are not.  Doing this in the same place - a meditation room or an outdoor power place – is beneficial. However, you can practice inside of a noisy airport if your dedication is deep.

The Technique
Close your eyes. Take a moment and focus on the breath as it moves in and out of your nostrils. Feel the coolness or warmth of your breath. Just notice it.
With your eyes closed, gently roll the eyes upward, as if you were looking up through your forehead. Consider that your inner gaze could gently move your eyebrows upward without strain or struggle. Begin to tilt your head up ever so slightly. Allow your attention to move softly toward that spot just above and to the center of your eyebrows. Again the main thing here is to be positioned for contact with your most trusted friend – the one who loves you and looks out for you eternally – your Spirit.   Do not worry.  If you find this difficult, just intend to do this and let it go. If you are distressed or upset, sit with those feelings until they pass. Don’t force it. Just allow what will be to be. You may not have invited “The Friend” - your Spirit to visit for so long that at first the invitation may seem insincere.  Eventually, if you are really sincere and dedicated, you will have contact with the joy of your Spirit.
Breath more slowly and quietly than you have ever been able to breath in your life.

The Alo Inhale
As you breathe in through your nostrils, with eyes still rolled up and closed, visualize the words in sparkling color and speak this word in your living mind, ALO. As in ALOHA. Just say to yourself as you breathe in, ALO. (Don’t worry if you don’t see the words on your inner screen, this takes practice.)
At the same time, place your inner eye in a position of readiness to “sight your own glow.”    This glow could appear as a ball of pure white light just above the top of your head. Say these words silently, “My Spirit, I am present and ready to receive you.”
Now, some people continue by holding the image of a white light until the real glow appears.  Either way, our goal is to shift from the imagined to actual SIGHT. You can visualize the light, call upon it, and make it come alive in the best possible way.
Call forth the light until it courses and surges through your body.  Fill your head and neck, through your shoulders down to your arms, past your elbow and out through the tips of your fingers. Then notice it continue rushing down your torso, through your chest, stomach and into each of your legs and out through the tips of your toes.
Be sure to take a full breath. Let your belly fill with air, allow your lungs to become full. When you can no longer take in any air, hold you breath for seven seconds. In your minds eye see yourself glowing with power and energy.  The colors may change for you as you progress.

The Alo Exhale
Slowly, through your mouth, release the air from inside of you. Hold your teeth together like the Cheshire cat with a whimsical grin. Experiment with different facial positions as you progress.
As you do this, just allow yourself to sigh naturally with the word HA. Do this for seven seconds. In other words allow your exhale to occur over a period of seven seconds. This may take some practice, be patient with your self. Allow yourself time to build up to it.
While doing this, in your minds eye, observe the breath leaving your body through your mouth. Release all toxins and impurities and speak these words in your mind:  “Pure, clear, clean, cleansed thoughts.”
Continue to exhale until all the air in your lungs and belly has been released. As the physical and psychic poison leaves, you feel lighter.
Repeat this process seven times.
This psychically cleans your aura or electro magnetic field. As we interact and come into contact with other beings throughout our day, our energy becomes contaminated. We feel drained. This replenishes your energy. It de-contaminates your energy.
Once this has occurred you are ready to proceed to the next step.

The HA Inhale
As you breathe in through your nostrils, speak this word in your living mind, HA. As in ALOHA. Just say to yourself as you breathe in, HA.
In your minds eye, welcome the presence of the bright crystalline ball of light just above your head.  As you breathe in through your nose, call upon the light from the ball until it becomes real. If you do not see anything, observe if you sense or feel lightness at the very top or crown of your head. Allow this experience to collect and hold it there. Feel the intensity of its energy. Feel the warmth of its glow.
Be sure to take a full breath. Let your belly fill with air, allow your lungs to become full. In your minds eye see the top of your head glowing with magnificent pure white divine light.
Now at this point, when you can no longer take in any air, hold you breath for seven seconds. Allow your spirit to move in and guide you.
Feel the glow of energy from the crystalline ball of light.
Allow yourself to be filled with love.
Know that you are a child of the universe.
You are one with all creation.

The HA Exhale
Slowly, through your mouth, release the air from inside of you.
While doing this, in your minds eye, visualize the light that is gathered at the top of your head, see the light slowly slide down the back of your head. Sliding down your spine through your neck. Past your shoulder blades, down the middle of your spine. All the way down to the base of your spine and out of your body at the base of your spine.
As you visualize the light descending down your spine. In your living mind say this word. MU-UUU. Like Lemuria
As you say the words MU-UUU invoke the light - call upon it and command it to move up and down and out your spine.
Do the HA inhale/exhale seven times. NO MORE! Do not do this more than SEVEN times. This is very important and cannot be stressed enough!
At this point just relax.

Connect
Become highly aware of your entire body. Sense it, feel it, listen to it, sight inside of it when possible. Think about your body as if it had just been born, and you had to command it to come alive.  Give it your all to bring it your body into contact with the living breath connecting us all. 
While practicing, think and create a mind-picture and say these words:  With every breath I am in contact with all forces of the universe.  I am in contact with the Earth, the Sky and the Sun.  I am in contact with the Stars, the Moon and the all the lives and moves. My breath is united with the breath of all other living beings.  I am in direct contact with the genius and brilliance of all wisdom.  I contact the most remote and holy living Spirit. Through our breath we are one.
Thank the Earth for holding you and give thanks that you are grounded, solid and firm
Know that you are now connected to all beings everywhere.

Spin & Balance
Continue to be aware of your body and pulsating energy.
Say these words in silence:  “I am a rotating, oscillating body of magnetic energy. As I move and spin, I do so at ever more refined frequencies.  I attract goodness, beauty and power.  I repel lack, disease and misfortune.”
To change your life experience, change the way you spin and balance.  Some people are too heavy and dense to attain their justified wishes.  Others are too light and airy and the wishes do not come into manifestation.  Change the way you spin and balance to change your life experience.
Your energy contains all the colors of the rainbow.  Some colors dominate, indicating your rate of vibration, power and health. 
Feel the vibration of a perfectly aligned rainbow.  Recall the image of the most beautiful rainbow you have ever seen.
You are the living rainbow.

Protection
Nothing can harm you unless you surrender to it.  Surrender only to that which is holy and loves you. 
Surrender into the realm of pure light and sound.  When other forces tempt you, or frighten you, evaluate how you have surrendered to them knowingly or unknowingly.  As fears creep in, call upon your courage and speak with conviction, “Fears, get thee behind me.” 
Affirm that you are living Spirit.

Observe
Allow your thoughts and feelings to pass in front of your minds eye.
Observe them. Come to know that you are not your thoughts or your emotions.
Know that thoughts and emotions are just, fundamental forces of nature moving through you.
The only power they have is that which you give to them.
Observe yourself standing apart from them.
You need not respond to them if you decide they do not serve you.
See how you have been conditioned to respond automatically to them.
They are not you. They just move through you.
Continue to relax.

Focus on the breath moving in and out of your nose.

Affirmations
As you sit and continue to relax.
Focus on your breath moving in and out of your nostrils.
When you notice that you are caught up in your thoughts, gently introduce the following affirmations.
Speak in silence inside of yourself with firmness, kindness and patience.
I am eternally youthful! Eternal youth! Thank ____________ (insert a word that describes the entity that you credit for your existence) for blessing me with eternal youth!
I am excellent health! Thank ____________ (insert a word that describes the entity that you credit for your existence) for blessing me with excellent health!
I am abundant wealth! Thank ____________ (insert a word that describes the entity that you credit for your existence) for blessing me with abundant wealth!
Say these affirmations to yourself and allow your thoughts to move back in.
When you find yourself caught up in your thoughts, gently say to yourself one of the affirmations, then allow your thoughts to move back in and continue to observe them.
The two keys with affirmations are to add” FEELING” and change the words when they sound dead and lifeless – the words must be fresh and new.  Listen for new affirmations that increase your power.

Feeling
As you continue to sit still, the next objective is to invoke feeling into your consciousness.
This is where the real magic comes into play. Your mind does not know what “reality’ is. It only knows the reality that you communicate to it, via your thoughts and feelings. So many confuse emotional disturbances with the joyful feelings of the Spirit.  Emotion is simply energy GOING.  Depending on the direction, it is advancing or damaging.  An emotional outburst is energy going out everywhere. 
Feelings can be genuinely joyful, sad or serene, depending on your state of consciousness.  We have not been trained to sit with our sadness until we ripen and mature.  That is a process. That is another technique.  If you have difficulty with adding light and happy feelings, it could be because you have repressed the negative feelings and once you aim to feel, it is all wanting to let loose and erupt.  Do not be spewing your bottled up emotions on others.  Either get professional help or get outdoors and shout it to a mountain. 
When you give thanks for abundant wealth, you must invoke the feeling that you would have if you really had wealth and could feel carefree and appreciative. Act as if you have already experienced abundant wealth by feeling it.
In other words, think about how you will feel if you were already abundantly wealthy.
How would you feel, if you knew with every fiber of your being that you were eternally youthful and that no disease would ever come your way?
This is the proper way to use emotions - instead of them using you. You use them to facilitate the life experiences that you align with your evolution.
These are the emotions that you must invoke when you are at a deep level of consciousness and anytime you enter heightened awareness.
The Aloha Breath takes you inward to this deep level. Once there your thoughts and feelings have more of an impact.
You are much closer to the forces of creation. You have more of a direct link with them at this level, than in the normal waking state.
Cultivate this ability and you will join the rapidly expanding ranks of conscious creators in the world today.

Opening Your Eyes
Focus on the breath moving in and out of your nose.
Do this until you feel like opening your eyes.
It is important that you do not fall asleep.
When you are ready just say to yourself,
In a moment I will open my eyes fully refreshed, energized and wide awake!
WIDE AWAKE, Wide Awake……..wide awake!

Make the transition slowly – avoid abrupt, jarring motions. Open your eyes.
Just take a moment to allow your focus to readjust to the physical world.
Stand up slowly and have a wonderful day. 

Thoughts for the future.
We say we want the ability to create the future. 
What if starting this moment, every thought, word, action and emotion opened windows of opportunity for a more evolved future?
Would you take more time to “just be?”
Would you get out into the arena of life and act upon stored up dreams?
What would it be like?  What would make it perfect?  What can you do?  Who can you join with to make it real?  Who cares as much as you do?
