My Tribute to Andy Warhol
 

Andy Warhol did many cat paintings. In fact at one time he owned over 25 real ones !! Most his cats were named Sam. lol He was quoted as saying, "I never met an animal I didn't like". 
 Most his paintings of cats were done in vibrant colors and outlined, he left the back grounds white because he felt it would make his cats stand out more. 

I painted  this painting as a tribute to the man who put POP into Pop Art.  I will be listing more of "my" Andy Warhol Cat paintings through this week, so keep an eye out for them. *:O)
