Some Key Components of my Program

Key elements of my regimen include foods such as kefir, a yogurt smoothie like dring, quinoa, a powerhouse grain of the Aztecs, green tea, red apples, dark chocolate. Also important is a simple, easy to follow exercise routine involving walking, and using basic equipment such as a fitness ball and exercise band. I'll be talking more about these items as we go along.
