This lost network television version features:
* 45 mins of deleted footage is restored to this RARE two part ABC televsion cut of the movie.
* A lengthy scene in a Surubaya bar showing Prescott drugging a Petrox crewman.
* A scene of two crewman palying cards, and Boan wisecracking about Petrox bought by Howard Hughes and working for the CIA.
* A scene showing the crew watching an old movie on TV.
* A Roy bagley observing the oil-like asubstance under a microscope, swigs some wine and calls for a boat to take him ashore.
* Longer battle between Kong and the Snake, ends with an alternate take of Kong killing the Snake and beating his chest.
* Extra footage of Kong breaking throught the wall.
* Before jack enters Dwans dressing room he is confronted by a securtiy guard.
* Additonal dialogue between Dwan and Wilson
* A cool scene reminisent of the original in which Wilson is seen getting stepped on and only showing Wilsons hat.
* Dwan and Jack running down the street to hotwire a car.
* Kong picks up a car and throws it against a wall.
*Longer scene of Kong attacking train
*Longer scene of Kong hiding from search helicopters at the east river waterfront.

* A scne in which Jack discards a ten speed bike after he races after Kong.
* Three short clips of Kong lumbering down wallstreet with Dwan in hand.
