The Miyuki Special (7 Mecha Points)

When Natsumi finally managed to get her automobile driver's license--she may be a superb motorcyclist, but her love of speed made her a nightmare for automobile driving instructors!--she was conned into buying a run-down Subaru R2DX. Miyuki, however, stepped in and completely refurbished the vehicle. She replaced its nearly burned-out engine with a rear-mounted Yamaha motorcycle engine with a reinforced drivechain, and even installed a motorcycle-like gear system to make it easier for Natsumi to drive it.
 ©1990, 2002 Kosuke Fujishima   The result is a tiny car that is astonishingly fast and manoueverable. Natsumi, who got her automobile license mostly to impress the Captain and who prefers motorcycles for transportation, has gifted the Miyuki Special to the Bokuto Police Station. Miyuki and Natsumi occassionally use it for patrols when "Today" is being repaired.
