D20 Tools Design Contest #1

The first D20 Tools Contest asked visitors to the Domain of Fun and Games to create original NPCs. Three prizes have been awarded, with First Prize being the most elaborate: The winner will receive an Amazon.com gift certificate, an illustration will be provided of the character (courtesy of Thunderhead Games), and the character will be used in an adventure product forthcoming from ID Adventures. The winning characters were as follows: 

First Prize:
Don Kaodi for Lita Lakere, Church Investigator (Cleric 2/Wizard 1: Fantasy genre character)
 

Second Prize:
D. Andrew Ferguson for Jeff Findlay (Fighter 2/Rogue 3: Modern Day genre character

Third Prize:
Conor McGovern for Ixilliyatios the Sahuaghin (Ranger 3: Fantasy genre character)

There were a total of 34 entries to the contest. Roughly a dozen of those will be appearing in the D20 Tools character section.

Fiction Archive Contest #1

This contest was held to celebrate the opening of the Fiction Archive. Contestants wrote stories inspired by this Todd Lockwood painting.

First Prize
(Winner awarded an autographed copy of Van Richten's Monster Hunter's Guide Vol. III)

Second Prize
(Winner awarded a copy of The Evil Eye)

Third Prize
(Winner awarded a random issue of Unspeakable Oath)
