Dirty Harry (Skill Point Cost: Hotrods & Gunbunnies)

On the mean streets of San Francisco, no cop is meaner than Inspector Harry Callahan. Nicknamed "Dirty Harry", he cracks the cases that no one else can, or no one else will touch. Unfortunately for Harry, he spends as much time fighting the system--which he views as coddling criminals and ultimately undermining the cause of law and order--as he does bringing down criminals with his .44 Magnum revolver.

Depending on the political winds and how many gangsters, robbers, muggers or murderers he's shot or beaten up, Harry may be found helming an investigation of a cop killing or a multiple homicide, or cooling his heels at a desk job while waiting for an internal police invesitgation to clear him of wrong-doing. No matter how big a trouble-magnet Harry may be, no matter how rough he gets with unrepentant criminals, he always stays within the law. Never in his long career has he done harm to someone who was innocent, nor has he ever himself crossed the line into criminal behavior. City governments come and go, standards of political correctness may change, but Harry Callahan remains an unyeilding defender of justice.
