Ordering Information and Ground Rules
The purpose of the order form is to notify me that someone wants to order. I do not have pre-made costumes. Each costume is custom-made for the person ordering. I have listed all the prices for exsiting costumes that I can make, so if you cannot afford to buy a costume, please do not send a request through the order form. I don't mind at all people asking me to quote them on costumes that aren't listed. I don't mind them choosing not to buy them. Hey, it's what I do, and you never know until you ask, but for the ones that are listed, you know the cost and if it's beyond your budget, why bother to send a request? If you are still serious about a costume, it will help me greatly if you send some samples pictures, so I can give an accurate estimate!
Now with that out of the way, once you have found a costume that you like, please email me via the contact page.
I will confirm your order shortly and give you info on where to send the payment. You will need to get a United States Postal money order. I do not except checks or credit cards. Cash is way too risky to send through the mail. I accept Paypal, but please note that even if you choose this option, you still have to fill out the forms below and send them to me before I can start your costume.
You must also include the following two forms with your payment:
- Fill out the measurements form, and make sure that all measurements are correct. These are what I work with, and I can't be held accountable for a costume that doesn't fit because of incorrect measurements given to me. If you have trouble getting your own measurements, please have someone help you with them.
- Print, read, and sign my agreement form.
Once I've received the payment, I will notify you. You must make sure that you have both of these forms with your payment. Otherwise, your payment will be returned. If you have a deadline by which you need the costume, please let me know in the email. I need at least 2 to 3 months from when I receive your order and measurements to work on your costumes. I usually work fast, but life sometimes gets in the way. If you are rushed for time, please let me know immediately. I'm flexible to a certain degree, so we might be able to work something out, as long as you give me at least 2-3 weeks notice. If you send me the payment and then tell me that you need the costume in less than 2 months but before I start the costume, your payment will be returned if I determine I can't finish the costume in that time. If you are foolish enough to tell me that you need the costume in less than 2 months but after I start the costume, then, by terms of the agreement form, I will finish the costume in normal time, and you're still won't have a costume for that last-minute event. Therefore, think carefully about when you need the costume.
Custom Costume Designs
I can also make custom costume designs, whether it is an alteration of an existing anime outfit or a complete original outfit. Please inquire to see if I can fulfill your custom design request. Prices will vary from design to design, depending on the complexity and materials wanted. For examples of my custom costume design work, as well as sample pricing, please feel free to browse through my custom costume design section. For custom costume designs, I will need example pictures or design sketches showing the costume idea or character you want.
Conclusion
If these few rules seem unfair, please do not order from me. I try to be as flexible as I can be, but this is my shoppe. I feel that what I ask of you is not too harsh.
