Ayashi no Ceres

This story is about Aya Mikage, your typical 16 year old high school girl. However, Aya's life changed after her 16 birthday came. Her relatives found out that Ceres, a Tenniyo, also their ancestor, was reborned in her. Ceres wanted to destroy the Mikage family. Her relatives are out to kill her. Her father died to protect her. Mikagami, another of the Mikage family's ancestor was reborned in Aki's body. Aki is Aya's twin brother. Mikagami was Ceres's husband He was said to have forced Ceres into marrying him. He was madly in love with Ceres, and was also VERY-OVERLY possessive of Ceres. When he was alive, he did not allow other people to talk to, or even see Ceres. Mikagami was actually a very gentle person, but he changed after Ceres gave him some of her power. He even killed his own daughter. He was killed by Ceres later. And he was kinda slashed into pieces. Ceres died a few days after his death. However, she , uh, managed to produce, uh, milk for them. The Mikage family preserved her body after her death. Anyway, after their 16th birthday, Ceres and Mikagami both awakened. Mikagami took over Aki's body. However Ceres only wanted Aya to find something---her "hagaromo" (a feather robe), so she can return home (heaven?). While she was looking for the "hagaromo", Aya fell for Tooya, a guy who was employed by the Mikage family to kill her at first. Yuuhi Aogiri, who was sent by Suzumi Aogiri to be Aya's 'bodyguard', fell for her. Tooya did not know what to do at first, 'cos the Mikage family told him tha they were the only one who knew his past. However, he chose Aya in the end. Aya met Kuruma Chidori and Shuro Tsukasa when Tooya was away.(Shuro is part of a band call GeSANG with Kei, she was pretending to be a guy. She also has the Tenniyo blood.) Anyway, Tooya came back and together with Aya, they left the Aogiri residence. They started a new life togeher. Tooya later remembered some stuffs about his past. A little kid gave him a seashell 9 years ago at his hometown. And her surname was Mikage. Turns out that the kid was Aya. (What coincidence...) Later they found out that Tooya was a kid that was found on the beach (or the sea?), and he grew to a adult in TEN DAYS...A old man brought him home and taught him stuffs. Later when the old man died, he went to look for the girl who gave him the seashell. But he was knocked down by a car and lost his memory. Meanwhile Chidori was captured by Mikagami (he is NOT Aki, just that he is using Aki's body) to help to deal with the hagaromo he found. Chidori died to save who, ironically, came to save her. Tooya was shot by Mikagami, right at the head. He died instantly. (But you know these stories, the main characters won't die so early...) When Aya found out that Tooya was dead, she also found out that she was pregnant. She went to look for Kagami, to find clues about where the hagaromo is. Aya later found out the truth about Ceres and Mikagami's relationship. Ceres was not forced to marry Mikagami. She got to know Mikagi when she was bathing and he saved her from a shark. But he changed after he got some of Ceres's power. He became a VERY agressive, violent, vicious, possessive man. Their oldest daughter told Ceres to run away from him. Whe he found out, he killed her. Ceres couldn't take it anymore. She killed Mikagami, even though she didn't want to. Couple of days later, she too died under a (i forgot what is it) tree. Shuro later died to help Aya escape from Kagami and the Project C freaks with her tenniyo power.Yuuhi tried to save her too, but failed. Just then, Tooya appeared! He carried Aya to a room. Tooya told Aya and Yuuhi how he was ressurected. He was actually evolved/produced from Ceres's hagaromo. They were interrupted as Tooya had to leave to deal with Mikagami. Mikagami sneaked away and stabbed Aya. Tooya gave Aya the hagaromo in order to save her. Since Aya=Ceres, Ceres finally regained her total power. Mikagami wanted to kill Ceres-Aya, Aki, who appeared with the help of the hagaromo, held Mikagami back. He told Ceres-Aya to destroy Mikagami, which means killing him... Aya hesistated but did it anyway. Aki died peacefully. While Kagami probably was burned to death.

7 months later, Yuuhi and Q-chan went to visit the very pregnant Aya. Tooya told Yuuhi that he only got a few years to live. On the other hand, Aya was dreaming about Chidori, Shuro, Ceres... and Aki. She dreamt that she finally managed to give him the pair of earrings she bought for him. He was smiling at her. Together she and Tooya held each other's hands, thinking of their unborn kid, oops, i mean child...
