Artist's Biography
Was born in St. Petersburg, Russia. Formally trained at the Mukhina Art School in St. Petersburg, and having obtained a Masters Degree of Fine Art. In 1972 artist emigrated to Tel-Aviv, where he exhibited successfully in various galleries. In 1986 he and his family moved to the Toronto, and he became involved in the commercial graphics and multi-media fields. Also, private collectors started to take serious interest, as he continued to produce works of art in his studio. The artist prefers not to expound on primarily figurative images, many of which seem to possess fine expressive tensions, which can be wondrous to behold with a certain 'European Spirit' of the masters. His works are in private collections in Israel, USA, Canada, UK, Belgium, South Africa and Russia
