A LOVE LETTER FOR YOU
This is to the one I love,
the one I think of the moment the sunlight opens my eyes with the wonder of still another day. Another day of sharing with you.
You have given to me all my tomorrows and taken away the gray days of my past. You have replaced forgotten dreams with renewed hopes in love and life itself. You have brought the song back into my lonely heart.
You make me smile, you make me laugh and sometimes you even make me cry...but only happy tears. I could never get through another day without you now that you have entered into my life.
I live each moment in the glorious fantasy of one day being in your arms and knowing the love you have sent over the waves of space and time. I could never love anyone more...and never have until now.
For you have shown me what real love is and how it can change everything. Together, one day soon, we will face this world with all the love in our hearts and then the longing will end...and that is the dream I will take with me as I drift off into a peaceful slumber long after the sun has set on another day...
