Who exactly is Adele Corners?
Yeah. Many people asked me this question. That's why I've decided to give an explanation here. As some of you may know, I LUV movies. And one of my favorite movies is KALIFORNIA.
KALIFORNIA is a 1993 thriller starring Brad Pitt, Juliette Lewis, David Duchovny and Michelle Forbes. It talks about a writer Brian (David Duchovny) and a photographer Carrie (Michelle Forbes), researching a coffee-table book on serial killers, who get a harsh dose of reality when they hook up with Early (Brad Pitt) and Adele (Juliette Lewis), because Early is actually a serial killer.
Yeah. The One I've used an arrow to point at is Adele Corners. My most favroite character of all time. If you ask me why, I really dunno. She's a very pathetic character. She's raped when young and loved Early because he could protect her and make her feel safer. So she followed him when he wanted to leave the town because he's killed a person. But at the end, it was Early who has killed her. Juliette Lewis has done extremely well in playing the part. Not that I want to be like Adele. But God. Really dunno how to explain the feeling every time I saw her in the movie. Luv the character.
