The Sailormoon Musicals

Sera Muun Myuusikaru (Sailor Moon Musicals), or Seramyu for short, are extrememly popular stage productions in Japan. They first began in the summer of 1993 as a crossover between Bishoujo Senshi Sailormoon and BSSM R. The musicals are broken up into "stages", the First consisting of the musicals from 1993 to the winter of 1998, the Second from the summer of 1998 'til 2000, when the Third Stage began. Then, the Third Stage ended and the Fourth Stage began in 2001. And thus we have all the Stages up until now (2004). (Note: Stages are defined by the leaving of one Sailormoon actress in exchange for a new one.)

Throughout the stages the character of Aino Minako/Sailorvenus was played by ten actresses (listed below). Also, the CD way back in 1995 featured a different woman other than the musical actress. So that makes eleven.
